  • We may have some open positions that are a potentially good fit for you. The recruiter who interviews you will mention these positions to you. In case there are no suitable openings at present, we will reach out to you when something relevant and appropriate comes along.

  • As much as we try our level best to match you with a suitable job role, there is no guarantee. This is solely because the available open positions are entirely based on the recruitment needs of our clients. We cannot predict when or how soon a new position will come up. However, as soon as something suitable opens up, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • Staying in touch with us is easy. All you need to do is:

    Make sure to mention the following things in your email – your full name, contact number, the dates and times you are available to work, and mention your upcoming leaves or vacations if/when you are unavailable.

  • When you are working with us, you will be paid on the Friday following the week you have worked.

    For your payments, we will need the following:

    Direct Deposit Form - Please fill out the Direct Deposit Form (you will find it inside the paperwork package you filled out when you arrived) and email it to our Payroll Administrator at omsun@omsunservices.com.

    Or if you already have your bank details with you, you can share them with our receptionist who will then forward them to the payroll department on your behalf.

    SIN - Please fill up your tax forms completely so that we have the exact information to make payments to you.

  • Once you have begun working on an assignment, a timesheet will be generated and emailed to you. You need to fill it in at the end of each week. (Please make sure the email address you have provided us is accurate and updated).

    ALL TIMESHEETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 10 AM EVERY MONDAY FOR PAYROLL TO PROCESS YOUR WAGES CORRECTLY.
